Good to know
- JPG does not support transparency — transparent areas are filled with the background color you choose.
- Image metadata (EXIF, location, camera info) is not kept in the converted file.
- Animated GIF and WebP files are converted using the first frame only.
- Some older browsers cannot create WebP files.

Which format should I choose?
JPG for photos, PNG for graphics with sharp edges or transparency, WebP for the smallest files on modern websites.
Is my photo location data removed?
Yes. Converted images do not include the original EXIF metadata, including GPS location.
